Often the questions we explore together in such conversation spaces are silently and gently removing layers of dead skin in a process of mutual self-discovery. We need to make sense of the past to shape the future and to create space for change. There is one question we all can struggle with and that is “how are you feeling right now?”
This a question we tend to avoid – it’s complicated and we humans are not great with ”complicated”. However, when we practice finding ways to answer it we begin to see more clearly our here and now. We inhabit the present and lay the ground for deeper empathy with those around us.
