Expressing Gratitude

When we express our gratitude (no matter how small or unremarkable) something interesting happens inside our minds. It opens up to seeing more things for which we could also be grateful. Things we can easily lose sight of or take for granted. Acknowledging those things in our lives is an act of self-care and also connects us to the people and places associated with the thing we are grateful for.
