When you focus and concentrate your mind on a creative task it forces your body and brain in a calm state which also means stress is drained from your system. Your brain is imagining an infinite number of patterns and possibilities and your body is deciding which of them it wants to make real. You are choosing what you want your picture to look like. You are training yourself to decide what you want your life to feel like and making it real.
